Sendbench Journal aims to separate what we observed first-hand from what we inferred from documentation, screenshots, or secondary sources.

Evidence labels (editorial)

• First-hand: steps we ran in a real account or migration path
• Docs-based: claims grounded in vendor documentation at a cited time
• Unknown: we do not invent numbers, traffic, or PartnerStack gate thresholds

What we will not do

• Fabricate testimonials, benchmarks, or “N visitors / N articles” requirements
• Present staged screenshots as live production without saying so
• Hide affiliate relationships when commercial links exist

Update cadence

Commercial pieces should note when key claims were last checked. Pricing and UI change; treat undated claims cautiously.
